Santa Cruz WestSide Road Closures

The City of Santa Cruz has authorized temporary road closures and detours in the Westside neighborhood on Sunday, September 22, 2024 for the purpose of holding the 42nd Annual Santa Cruz. Previously sponsored by the Sentinel, this is the longest running triathlon in the county, and it continues to raise money for local area youth athletic programs. Thank you for your patience and support again this year.

As always, proceeds from this event go to benefit local high school and college athletic programs. In the last two years the race has donated $174,000 to the Santa Cruz County youth programs. We hope these temporary closures will not be an inconvenience to you.
We will do our best to reopen roads as soon as possible. Find more information at www.santacruztriathlon.org.

Thank you for your support,
